How Can severe Vomiting Along With Nausea Be Treated?

I had my second pneumonia shot on Friday morning and had a VERY sore arm starting Saturday morn. Sunday I became very nauseated and have thrown up several times. I also alternate between being very hot and very cold. I thought maybe I had a virus that I picked up at the doctors office. Should I go back to my dr?

You take take antibiotic like augmention for sec prevention also take motilum tab in bd avoid tó expose cold
